She works for a private elderly care home and I suspect she’s getting paid less than minimum wage because I reminded her what our minimum wage is out here in CA today and she seemed very surprised. Working on getting more information from her but if it is the case that she is being taken advantage of by a so-called “friend” (who owns the place) I’m just looking for advice on how to proceed.
