Almost every post has the same story. Either upper management is asking too much or upper management is doing too little. Both situations take zero responsibility for their behaviors impacting the situation. Also, why whine if you don’t like the responsibilities? Just quit. Don’t expect a workplace to bend to your desires. That’s not how this works.
- this is coming from someone who’s never had an issue getting a job, keeping a job, and communicating to my supervisors in a way that they heard me. I’ve alway gotten the raises I’ve wanted and always set boundaries on my own work responsibilities. Grow up and learn how to focus on your own actions so you can learn how to get by professionally.
Another note. Don’t apply for jobs that you don’t want to do the work for.
