I have been working since 2013. Current employer is my 3rd and working in 3rd company since 2019……. and to Due to great resignation….i was given best raise of my life this year….. But it raised another question…..it means that my employer had the ability to pay or gave a suitable raise but didn't till we…workers changed it. PS: still my compensation is less than industry standard as per my experience and skill.
