My 15 year old step daughter quit her job and now her manager is bashing her to her friends and former coworkers via snapchat

So, my step daughter worked for a local pizza joint for the last 6 months for $11/hour. She found a new gig and that company asked her to start asap. After going back and forth about whether to give two weeks or not, she decided to quit without a notice due to the fact that the employees were treated so poorly by the manager. After going back and forth about whether to give two weeks or not, she decided to quit without a notice due to the fact that the employees were treated so poorly by the manager. She wasn't scheduled to work for almost a week, so there would be plenty of time for her manager to find someone to cover her shifts.

When she informed her manager (a 30+ year old woman) she immediately began berating her about how unprofessional she was for not giving notice. Using emojis. Over snapchat. She went to school this morning and a friend who was on a group chat with this manager and coworkers showed her some messages from this manager, referring to her as a “little snot” and that “she can go fuck herself”. Needless to say, she's pretty upset by the fact that a 30 year old woman is belittling her to her friends. My question is, how do I as a parent handle this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
