Ok so I need to hear others opinions on this cause I don't have many people to turn to and ask this.
I work at a company from 7:00 – 3:30 and get paid less than my 2nd job that i go to at 18:00 to midnight. i get roughly about 4.5hrs of sleep before I wake up and go to my main job. (got bills to pay and not really any choice in the matter)
I really do enjoy working and most people don't understand that and look at me weird cause i like to be active and work towards my goals, I am 100% behind the Antiwork movement about better work life conditions and how many companies can be ruthless and cruel to its employees. That's where i come in, i feel like i would rather work to a position that has authority and use it to make others lives better for the future generations.
I have gone to HR to request a pay increase but obviously they said no….
What do you guys think I should do ?
