My annual review…

My manager slides a pieces of paper across the table. The grades are failing, failing, failing, to rarely, and sometimes meet company expectations. He then states that I don’t ask for resources, let things fester, rarely show leadership and sometimes complete assignments. This comes from a man who disregarded requests for resources or better yet deliberately delays them to enable an employee from getting stuff turned in on time, doesn’t reply to emails for weeks, waits to the very last minute to assign work, never reviews finished assignments, and asks his employees to do his job and to just be sure to CC him so he knows what’s going on. I have documentation to back myself and have provided this to HR along with feedback. Now what would you all do?
