So to start I work as a 1099 employee on commissions only and am not sure how fucked I actually am here. Per my contract I have done my job to the fullest extent of my abilities and taken my customers to the point in the sales process where I was told I would get paid and had gotten paid on in the past. Now because of additional complications with the funding process that have absolutely nothing to do with me, I am being told I have to basically re-do all 100+ accounts I have in order to get paid on them. As compensation for this I was offered an extra 10% in commissions which would of made it worth my time. However I also found out they decided to take away our (substantial) bonuses due to the complications royally fucking our sales volume up even after our boss told us specifically he would lower the bonus threshold and compensate us for the additional work. So now I am essentially doing double the work for the same pay. To top it off our pay has been delayed for weeks now due to the funding complications and the boss is refusing to provide us with the advances he promised. I have a new job lined up Monday and can’t wait to gtfo. Bottom line is fuck these slimey corporate greaseballs who will fuck you at every chance they get. I’m definitely going to get with the department of labor this weekend and try my best to fuck them up legally.
