My boss cut my pay, and is now outright hasn’t given me my last paycheck after I quit. How should I handle this?

I quit my job at a childcare provider in Washington State on March 19th, 2022. My boss still has not paid me my last paycheck for the pay period of March 15th-March31st, Despite it being 25 days since payday. To top it all off, they have since been difficult to reach, and their communication has brief and unclear. I have already begun typing a workplace rights complaint. Is there anything else I should do/ routes I should take?
