I worked for my company for 2 years and the micromanaging was getting old. However the tipping point was not getting paid for sick leave. I had 250 holiday hours and 38 hours sick pay hours as well as regularly worked 40-70 hrs a week. In the contract you only give Dr note for 3 days. My pay this week was $600 short as was not paid for my 2 sick days despite doing all the paperwork. If I am not paid I am a volunteer no? I QUIT immediately, returned my uniform and said have fun paying minimum wage and expecting super heroes.
