My boss hasn’t paid me for two months

I started applying to jobs post grad early this year & found a super cool niche startup that has an amazing vision and concept. I did my research and it seemed like a legit organization. I was hired and started working on a 3 person team immediately to launch a new initiative. The startup is fairly small, the founder does the payroll, recruiting, hiring. This is my first role and I just really wanted a remote position. The emails are quite frankly hilarious and it looks like something out of Fyre Festival. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I have access to our organization and founder’s LinkedIn page, I can see that they are actively ignoring me and still trying to hire interns!!!

Should I call them out or just cut my losses? And I loss all my documentation for my contract….because the founder decided to stop using the designated HR platform….I’m also an independent contractor 🙁 So many red flags but I’ve learned from this experience.

There are still 15+ employees working there in different departments and it seems that they are expanding, there’s just no attention or emphasis on my specific project.
