Started at a new company and I really like it, everyone at the company really likes me including the company owners. But one of my crew chiefs (not the one I regularly work with) clearly doesn’t like me. He expects me to know everything that he’s learned in 20 years in 1 month. As well he’s the only unvaccinated person at the company and won’t even come near me because he’s afraid of getting covid. As well he shows up late everyday and smokes weed all throughout the day (which the owners don’t know about). He just constantly makes remarks about me and my crew Cheif not being able to get anything done, all while he wastes more time than anyone at the company. Everyone at the company thinks he’s an idiot, but he’s good at his job I guess. I just want to tell the owners that he smokes all day so badly because I’m sick of him being a sick to me for no reason other than I’m new.
