I have only been here for 3 months… I have a masters in Environmental Resource and Regulation. I tried letting my boss know that the way we are handling a certain process (I don’t want to give details) is considered out of compliance- she didn’t want to hear it… so now I’m given an exercise on “how to look up regulations” which I did and even used that as evidence to back that up. This is cutting into my more meaningful projects. I send her request via email as it stated, she calls me and now she wants it in PowerPoint.
She’s argued with the director, other employees and now I feel fucking crazy. I’m not sure what to do or how to go about this. The pay is great, the benefits are better than my old job that told me I can come back anytime. I want to stay but idk who to go to, HR is pretty useless what I’ve seen.
