So I just started working at this restaurant. When labor “gets too high” our district manager will make employees clock out and stay on at work. Stay and clean or prep or take orders. I don’t know who to talk to because it’s our district manager making us do it. They haven’t asked me to yet because I’m only in my second week of work. I need this job but I don’t want to be apart of illegal activity.
