Any help? I’m calling past customers for our solar company trying to get them to agree to film testimonial videos with us.
Most people bring up a problem my company never addressed.
My boss said I’m not allowed to say “I’ll get that in front of the right person” because they’ll be expecting a call back and we don’t have a customer care team that feels like solving any problems.
My boss is forcing me to find a way to reply when people tell me issues they’re having without addressing the issue or claiming I’ll have someone call them back.
Can anyone help me think of some things I can say? I’m in my car on the verge of tears cause I’m stressin
