My boss (M) grabbed my (F) nipple

Tuesday April 12th my Dept. Manager informed me that I (part-time supervisor) would be covering for a co-worker in their area that day and Wednesday. No problem. We shift Supervisors around when people are out because we actually have the staffing now. Wednesday at the end of the shift(after the employees have left), an admin asks if I took care of the staffing report for the area I had just covered for the upcoming Sunday. This staffing report is due ASAP in the week, Full-Time Management pushes for this to be done by EOD Monday. Being told to cover on Tuesday, it never crossed my mind to check and make sure this staffing report was completed. Being the end of day Wednesday, with the employees gone, the time had passed to confirm with the employees if they would be present Sunday. Thursday rolls around, I'm in my normal area. End…

End of day, back to the main office. My Manager asks “you fill out that staffing sheet?” I answered her honestly, “no I didn't.” Before I could formulate my sentence about covering the day after it's typically expected, she GRABS my nipple. Really she grabs a large bit between her fingers. I freeze. “You ever had a titty twister bro?” She continues to hold my nipple/fold of my skin. “Um… Yeah? A long time ago?” She lets go. “I should have given you one. Fill out that staffing!”

This was in front of several of my co-workers in the main office. It felt like an eternity. I was so embarrassed, not that I didn't fill out the stupid staffing, but that she can just come up and grab me like that and nobody bats an eye?

My Full-Time Supervisor (M) who I am much more comfortable with had been off all last week. He is under her, so I was afraid to talk to him about it today. What should I do? I've had people say inappropriate things around me before but to actually be physically harassed like that in front of my peers has unsettled me a lot more than I could have guessed. I want to talk to my Full Time Supervisor but I don't really know what the point is once I tell him the story. Although I can't help but think about how things would have gone down had the roles or genders been reversed.

Edit: the three others in the room with me were on their computers and not paying attention. No true witnesses.

She has a history of touching my hair and being unprofessional in general.

Not sure this is going anywhere even if I talk to people at work about it.
