My Boss Makes Everything About My Weight

Just as the title says. I don't work in the USA as a start. I tend to have quite a bit of health issues mostly revolving around stomach issues and vision issues. I can't eat many foods without getting an upset stomach and after an accident I lost some of my vision. The issue is that whenever I talk about it because of needing days for appointments, he always consults his wife who basically works in a lab studying viruses. She's not a primary care doctor or an eye doctor. Except she acts like she knows everything and immediately made an assumption that my health issues were due to an unhealthy lifestyle.

I don't eat fast food. After working in it I stopped eating it but she assumes I do despite never seeing me eat. Meanwhile my boss has seen my eating habits due to a business trip and so he knows I eat healthy. But whenever she tells him it's because I have an unhealthy lifestyle he believes it and brings it up.

Every time.

The last comment he made was about my swollen optic nerve because in his mind I've been doing my work 'without caring about it' because of it. but the first thing his wife said was diabetes from an unhealthy lifestyle causes it. She didn't list anything else she just made it about my weight again and says she's just giving an unfiltered opinion.

I'm not diabetic and have never had it. Ironically despite the extra weight I have LOW blood sugar instead. It's making my work life pretty miserable whenever it's made about my weight and I feel constantly shamed, but I have alot of debt and this is the only job I can get. So I feel like I'm in a bad situation because I even had to stop eating my lunches at work because of how much I felt like I was being judged. I'm losing weight but it's not acknowledged and just brought up as the cause of every issue even when it's unrelated.

If I had other options for jobs I would quit, but I'm stuck and I don't let my health issues get in the way of work and I don't miss work even when I was partially blind after the accident I went in, but it feels like me and my coworkers get targeted . My boss even tried to get rid of sugar and replace it for Splenda to help the staff lose weight as he said. We're not obese but we're not thin either including him.

None of us ask for her opinion, he makes us talk about our health (or else he gets angry) then he asks her about what we just said. I don't want her opinion especially because she only says it's weight related for everyone, but I'm discouraged by everyone else to say I would prefer an opinion from my primary care doctor instead, because no one wants to offend them and make work even worse.
