For context, I work at an amusement park. Yesterday, one of our associates was punched in the face by a guest. One of my coworkers asked my manager what we would do in that situation, asking if we could hit/fight back if they hit first. They responded with “No you can't do that, you'll just have to call for security”. So I spoke up immediately and asked “So if we're punched in the face we're supposed to just tank that punch?”. She responded with “Well no, you can block.” Done with this place.
