My boss used to constantly turn off the heating in the office when it was winter and took forever to give us a fan in the summer, what penny pinching stuff has your workplace done?

As stated in the title boss would be a nightmare on saving any bit of energy even if we asked multiple times to turn on the heater and me and my coworkers had a good laugh about it and wondering if anyone got some petty stories they want to share
