I broke my left collarbone (I'm a leftie) and had to be operated on. Therefore, I was put on sick leave for 2 weeks for a start. Now I have another appointment at the doctor's where I will find out wether, and if so, how much longer I will be on sick leave. But my boss asked a colleague to tell me that I should tell the doctor that I don't need a sick leave and that I want to go back to work again.
I'm 19 and doing a “social volunteer year” (the year is almost over), working nearly 40 hours per week but only getting 350€ per month (~2€ per hour). This is already a scam, but now she wants to pressure me into coming back to work earlier than my doctor tells me to???
