My bullying boss is trying to get me fired. How do I turn the tables on her?

Has anyone succeeded in escaping this type of first world nightmare scenario? And help and tips greatly appreciated! My boss has been bullying me for several months and has now said that I apparently need to be fired due to vague “performance issues” that have not actually been explained. HR has asked me to provide my side of story and of course I have plenty of things to say about the lack of guidance, policy not being followed, the bullying, and so on. But how can I make sure this shit sticks to my jerk of a boss and not me? She put me on a PIP back at the start of this that was completely nonsensical, and then said I’d failed the PIP for reasons that were also never actually explained. It all seems to be based on stuff that is not actually true or correct, and policy hasn’t…

She put me on a PIP back at the start of this that was completely nonsensical, and then said I’d failed the PIP for reasons that were also never actually explained. It all seems to be based on stuff that is not actually true or correct, and policy hasn’t been followed either, but if anyone has any tips or hints as to how to make sure HR know the problem is with her, not me, I would really appreciate it. HR also do seem aware that there is a problem and they’ve been kind of helpful so far. I think it’s pretty clear that this is a personality clash that is one-sided on her part.

This entire shitshow reminds me why I’m anti-work, but I cannot afford to lose my job, especially when the worst mistake I’ve actually made at work is a small typo. (Yes, I’m serious.)
