my colleague broke her spine, won’t see a doctor, and still wants to work hard. I want her to go home and rest, is there anything I can do?

I have this coworker who broke her back really badly, she hasn't seen a doctor cause she doesn't believe in them, them broke her spine and it's popping out and red. Ik for a fact you shouldn't fuck with your spine, I want her to go home but she just feels bad when she's not working. She won't rest, she's proud of this kind of.
