I work for a software company that has been remote for the last 2+ years. Management wants people back in the office a few days week. I have an autoimmune disorder and my doctor wants me to remain remote because my medication makes me immunocompromised.
Instead of HR just granting me a permanent wfh status, they're giving me 6 months and making me renew this every 6 months. Bullshit, right?
My immune system isn't going to fix itself, and coronavirus isn't going away.
