My company is taking an extra $3k out of my paycheck this year and I can’t do anything about it.

I'm beyond livid right now. Here's the gist of what's happening: during open enrollment last year, I checked prices for healthcare with my company and it was more expensive than my current insurance so I didn't go through with it.
