Let me tell you why. Many employees like myself have been saving leaves in order to take a long vacation, or encashing them for money. But now that is gone.
This also gives my company the power to not grant us long leaves because of ‘tight deadlines’ or some other bs.
I considered quitting but they silently added another policy that if you resign, you have serve a 3 month notice period. A 3 month notice period deters any potential employer from hiring you. I’ve been rejected from a few jobs solely because of this.
With the shitty salary I make, I absolutely do not have the luxury to wait three months for a job but I’m stuck. The job is physically and mentally draining on all the employees but unless you have some family support, you just cannot do anything about it.
Just looking for a few supportive words or even suggestions to how I can cope with this.
