I work for a very big internationally recognized company and honestly it's mind blowing how little they pay for their size.
I recently put in my notice primarily due to my low salary and have found something that pays more. We are a team of 5 and now 1 other person has openly told my boss he is planning to leave in 2 months due to the salary and another is looking at leaving too.
My boss was shocked.
This is what happens when you pay your employees like dirt while the company is racking in billion every year. Employees are starting to learn their worth.
