Because of obvious reasons, I won't specify company name nor my country, but let's just say I am living in one european country. I have question regarding the way my company do one aspect of business. It didn't happen to me but I heard from colleagues that company does that so I am wondering.
In our company we work as contractors. So, our company sell our work to other companies to work on projects.
I'll call our company host company for sake of simplicity. Imagine situation that host company employ you to work in junior position and agrees to junior salary. Then host company sells your services to client company for mid position and gets income for mid worker. You still have junior salary, but work job for mid position and your company gets income for mid worker.
Is that illegal? I am sure it is at least unethical, but I am wondering about legality of that.
