My coworker is trying to sabotage me

Ive work as a sole-stocker for almost a year, I've even earned two raises in that time. These last two or three months the orders have progressively increased and I've found myself struggling to finish the load before weeks end and I have asked for part-time help to finish the job I can not. Now we finally have a worker and they were actually an employee here before, so easy transition and little training. During this month, it has been incredibly difficult for my family on my fiancee side, his grandfather,(who was basically his guardian/father growing up as his biological father pasted when he was young) has been in and out of the hospital all month. He was having trouble breathing/ walking/ and falling. He had a leaky heart valve and needed to see a specialist and have surgery asap! This happened over the corse of the month and I…

This happened over the corse of the month and I had informed my employer about the situation but most of it fell on deaf ears, unfortunately.

I needed to be available for my family as I am the only one with reliable transportation and a license, so i must be the one to drive if needed.Ive had to leave early or call out at least 4days/times that month. My employer has been mostly understanding up to this point, but here is where my issue lies with my coworker.

Around last week my employer called me to the office.
They stated that my coworker feels like I am not doing my job: they are picking up my slack, questions me on my bathroom habits, says i have not been finishing my tasks, and someone heard me listening to music in the back room, and what boiled my blood was that, they stated how they gave me a raise and that they are paying me too much for me not to do my job. They asks if the hours are too much and to reconsider my abilities to do the job. Basically wants to cut my hours.

My coworker called out the other day, while i was on my day off and my employer calls me, asking me to come in and cover as my coworker has “stepped up” Before and helped when my grandfather was in the hospital. (still in the hospital)

Today, I see said coworker rush their tasks, sit down for an hour with another employee on their lunch the whole time, and went up to the office to spend 2 hours listening to music on their phone.

I feel like the odd man out in my job, I commute and am not a “local” and most employees have been here for years, like the “new” coworker who worked here before me. I feel like they are using my life as leverage and using excuses and lying to reduce my hours so my coworker can work fulltime instead of me.

TLDR; My grandfather has been in the hospital, I've called out 4 times, my coworker says I'm not doing my job, even though I've literally seen them sitting on the clock. Employer wants to cut my hours and prefers my coworker over me.
