My coworker screenshotted my ig story of me and sent it to my supervisor.

I posted a pic of a cheap wireless charger that my company gave me with the text “we can’t pay you a competitive wage but here’s an off brand wireless charger for all your hard work” The next day my supervisor calls me and tells me a coworker screenshotted my story and sent it to her. She said “it seems like you’re ungrateful for the the gift and your raise in January’s ($28.35 to $29 fyi I started at $26 three years ago). I can’t tell you what to post or what not to, but I just want to let you know it may negatively affect how your coworkers see you and it makes me question your commitment to the company. Think about your post and how it may affect your career growth.” I told her I spent 18hrs this past weekend working OT and negotiated my salary 3x last…

I told her I spent 18hrs this past weekend working OT and negotiated my salary 3x last year. If that’s not commitment idk what is. Not to mention two of my coworkers are leaving this week. And all she had to say was “coming back to the office will be a great way for you to make new friends”

“You’re getting the opportunity to work on projects other people your level at other company doesn’t get to work on projects like you do. You should think about that as part of your compensation”

“Lastly, those wireless chargers are a gift from leadership not the company. These people [proceeds to list names] put $200 each of their own money to buy you guys wireless chargers. We do do care about you.”

I’m exhausted.
