Supervisor by default I have been here the longest it’s not role I’m enjoying but the pay is better. My crew is slowly leaving for better paid jobs and now the company has realised they can’t replace them without increasing the salary. So we have now lost great people because they wouldn’t give them a raise and replaced them with higher paid idiots. Actively looking for another job.
