I've been working part-time for this company for a few years, I know everything there is to be known about the business. My manager left a few weeks ago so his position was available, and I applied thinking I would get his job given my years of experience. Found a full-time job that offers me a £33k base salary + up to £12k in commission. My previous salary was £23k (if I was working full time) just to compare. I can also work remotely as much as I want and they also will support me in relocating to any country I like.
I still haven't told my current employer that I am leaving, but I can't honestly wait to get it out of my chest on Monday.
