At title says, my employer agreed to pay me £x amount as when I left the company I trained other teams how to do my role and wrote step-by-step guides (basically avoiding those scenarios I see in posts here where someone leaves and the company didn’t realise how much that person does and can’t operate without them).
I left the company in November 2021, did not hear from him so I emailed roughly New Year’s Day, January 2022 to find out what arbitrary amount he would give me (I left the ball in his court as, for the last time, I wanted to see what kind of dick he is). Heard back in late January and he asked for my bank details and gave me an amount.
Since then I have been sending chaser emails and hearing nothing back.
Without taking him to small claims court (which could take years), are there any other options?
Again, all is agreed in writing.
