My company is saying to take bereavement it has to be 3 consecutive days meaning the day I took off when he died assuming bereavement will not be covered if we want to attend the funeral which we have to E-attend because it's literally on the other side of the world in my wife's home country but I will get 6 points because it's an event week and 12 is getting fired… F this company and the country that doesn't provide enough pto or federal bereavement laws
