So with the upcoming holiday this Monday, all employees are to have July 4th off. But they are being told that to make up for that they have to work the following Saturday, and I think that’s dumb bc it’s the weekend and time to rest. One day off before the next work week isn’t enough. Are they breaking labor laws? Should he just call in sick? We are in Texas by the way. Thanks y’all ️
