Not been given any shifts for 2 weeks, I get the same text in the afternoon to confirm I'll be on standby for tomorrow. Well I have an interview tomorrow so I replied refusing standby. I get a call telling me although I'm on a zero hour contract, it's in my contract that I must be on standby Monday-Friday. Hoping tomorrow goes well because I'm not sure how they expect me to live on no shifts while also not being allowed to arrange other work with this standby bullshit.
