I work for a insurance agent and he is gone a lot for multiple weeks a year on vacations. I feel bad but it is alot to handle the office on my own and I get freaked out a lot. I keep the door locked cause it is just me. Sometimes when I walk in there is people laying on the sidewalk or customers get irate and they might be mad at my company or my boss but they take it out on me. If they forget to cancel their insurance and they get charged they only let us refund up to 30 days but a customer today didn't like that answer he cussed and said he was going to come up here and deal with it in person and I am so freaked out. I have anxiety as it is and i feel so invalidated. My boss says lock the door which is all glass anyways. But what protects me tomorrow? I am just so tired of working for places and feeling scared at my job.
