Had a job and while i was at work my wife messaged me saying our daughter had covid. At this time you did not need to isolate as long as i had been vaccinated. But I thought it would be a good idea to tell my boss anyway. So i told her and mentioned that I did not need to isolate. She told me she wanted me to not come to work and to isolate. So i did just that and after 10 days i called about coming back to be told i had been replaced.
