I’m a caregiver. Worked with this teenager who called off once a week during our shift and boss would let her go since “I’m there”. She’d tell him “I have a hair appointment”, “I’m feeling a bit gassy”, “I’m just too sleepy” and she can just go. Once I saw her change into her club dress during shift and she just left. She just sleeps and makes me do the work on her shift usually. She’s worked here for 2 months
Worked here for a year. Been at every shift. I requested 2 days off since I’m traveling and my boss left me on read. He then proceeded to post the schedule and tried to say “Sorry the schedule is already posted”
