even though she has no idea how to do anything, because shes never bothered to learn (loves to act like it, though!). and she insisted on being written down as a team member for every shift instead of allowing my manager to get somebody who knows what they’re doing in and have her just float around, so our already small shift team of six is pretty much getting reduced to five.
best thing is is that the reason she’s coming in is because a customer left a Google review that its hot in our store (the ac has been broken since i got hired, my coworkers and i are constantly talking about how hot it is/customers asking if our ac works) and she thinks it was one of US 🤣 so she’s coming in to make sure my manager isn’t “fostering a negative workplace environment”.
and obviously she’s not working weekends.
