The managers at the bar I work at get tipped out. And I assume are salaried but I am not sure if they are. I assume they are paid more since they handle the money and scheduling. My question is, how should bring this up to my boss? I think it’s unethical for managers to get tipped out and get paid salary too. But I also don’t 100% know the situation yet.
