My manager says I don’t communicate well.

I just started working for a company a few months ago, and manager started a few months before me. So we had a meeting and talked about my performance. I'm currently working for a client and as far as I know, my manager doesn't have any client work yet. So she's just there looking at everybody's work. During our meeting, she told me I don't really communicate at all in our chat group and don't provide commentaries during meetings (i do, btw, if I have something to say). I kinda feel like she's doing me dirty. Also, she doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Believe me, I know she's straight up lying about her experience. Prolly the reason why she has no client yet. She may have fooled everyone during the interviews, but she can't pull the same trick on clients.

Am I overreacting? What's your advice? Should I look for another job? I
