My most loathed mediocre coworker of Shitty-Workplaces’-Past was promoted to supervisor… and didn’t call emergency when his employee had a heart attack.

As the title says, this mediocre excuse for a human told her she was 'faking' it. She already had a neurological disorder similar to epilepsy that caused her to go unconscious once before this incident. She's currently in the process of trying to sue, I believe, but I'm worried she's going to lose her job. Yep, my previous company is that shitty. Any word of advice? This POS should be fired and honestly put in jail but I'm scared he will keep his spot.
