Hello people of Antiwork, I recently got a job as a support worker, looking after those with learning disorders, and they recently tried to schedule me (on my second week after training no less) a 90 hour week with 4 sleep ins, when we agreed in my interview that I'd only be doing 1 per week. All added up it's 88.5 hours, which is an insane amount of time to be spending away from home, of which they only gonna pay me for 52.5 hours of it, since they don't pay for sleep ins. I live in the UK btw.
