So we have 2 supervisors at my work. One that’s full time and in from 9-5, and one that’s part-time on nights from 1pm-3am.
Today the night supervisor is having to work a full night shift because we don’t have coverage. I’ve had a shitty 12 hour day, thanks in no small part to his poor decision making last night. A client spent several hours today yelling at me and calling me every name in the book.
At the end of my shift and problematic client broke a shelter rule while on camera. I was so exhausted I stated the supervisor should deal with it because I’m done. The supervisor than snapped at me like I was a misbehaving child. I’m older than he is by several years. I think this is bs. He can give me feedback if he disagrees with my opinion, but I shouldn’t be yelled at. Ever. I’m so sick of attitude.
