So I posted here a few days ago that my job fired me for putting in my 2 weeks notice. Now they took it a step further and are not paying me my last check. I live in Miami Florida and I’m not sure what my options are other than to get a labor law attorney. But it doesn’t seem worth it for 6 days of pay. I was terribly underpaid so it would be like less than $900. All I did was put in my 2 weeks for a better paying job so that I can afford to live and my old bosses are trying to ruin my life (unsuccessfully). What are my options here?
