About a week ago I posted on here about how me and my coworker walked out of our job due to the harassment from one of the managers. I made it clear to HR when we left that I would still be working there if that manager wasn’t there, this was also the case for my coworker. The next day another member of the client care team we worked on put in their two weeks. This is now going to leave them with 2 employees to run two desks throughout the entire week. Instead of fixing the problem with the manager and making the workplace better they will be changing their hours instead because they don’t have enough staff.
