My organization subscribed to ‘Strength Finders’…

and prioritized our weaknesses. Strength Finders essentially teaches that we can all improve by focusing on our top five strengths. My experience is that they ignore the positive and ask people to assess the negative. Personally, this doesn’t correlate to results. It only correlates to fault. Or it correlates to a broad positive.
