This is my first post here, and I'm fairly certain similar posts must have been posted here before, but, as the title says, I have seen my current position at my workplace being advertised online for 5k more than what I get paid. Does anybody have any advice on how to approach this with my employer? To my knowledge, they are not looking to replace me. They are looking at hiring someone else alongside me.
