My Part time job is starting to drive me crazy. I am expected to be available to work any day of the week and occasional dumb shifts like 2pm to 10pm when it's normally 8-4 or 9-5. Oh, and did I mention that it's an hour commute?
How am I supposed to have another job or do anything else while working at this place? If they don't even take days of availability they should just go ahead and make me full time and have me work 40 hours. And even then I'd say no if they tried to make me salary like my supervisor who they expect to work till all the work is done.
Not to mention that I got sick this week so missed a day of work and felt obligated to come in today even tho I am still sick because I don't get sick time and I need the money.
