My store manager is about to have no employees and she has no clue.

I have been working a position as a supervisor for the past year. I have been there as the only constant on our logistics side of the store. Through my boss getting injured and ne having to to take up his duties for 2 months to my fellow supervisors quitting and leaving me as the only team leader. It has been this way since I started and I am constantly told that they don't know where the store would be without me. My boss was fired for not meeting deadlines and I applied for his job. Fast forward to this morning I see something in our scheduling program. Next to our name it has our position and title. And I see that one of our part timers who has been with the store for a month in SALES has my boss's title next time her name. I told my team what I saw and they were incredibly upset for me. As well as the idea of having to work under somebody so inexperienced. They all started writing up their 2 weeks notice when it was confirmed right before I ended my shift yesterday. My entire team is frustrated and this is the straw that broke the camels back. I'm writing a letter to the district manager now.
