She also bullies me regularly and has me drive her around without paying for the 4/gallon gas. I refuse to respect someone that doesn't respect me, but for fuck's sake my grades and graduation are in her hands.
After she abandoned a project she said she would help me with, she told me I look like I don't brush my hair and walked away. I messaged her “I can't finish today, I'm going home and I'll make up my hours tomorrow.” She then messaged me asking why. I don't owe her an answer so I don't give her one. Again, she bullies me and she's generally awful at her job.
Two weeks go by and she brings me to her office and says “if this were the real world you would have been fired for not communicating. Even if your boss texts you off the clock you need to respond.”
I tried changing placements several times. My whole cohort messages me every day asking if I'm okay and my field director just doesn't give a shit. My value is not my productivity. I have value as a human being.
